Specification

RCC STRUCTURE

RCC framed structure with brick work in cement mortar as per design and specifications of our structural consultant . The structure will conform to seismic and wind load considerations as stipulated by BIS codes for better safety. All Brickwork will be AAC Blocks (Aerated auto claved concrete blocks) would be 9” thick and internal walls would be 4.5” thick.

GLASS FACADE

The front exterior of the building will be of glass façade. For commercial construction, the two most common thicknesses are 1/4 inch (6 mm) monolithic and 1 inch (25 mm) insulating glass.

WALL FINISH

Internal walls will have a smooth putty finish, with 1 coat of primer. Exquisitely designed classical exteriors finished with a smooth putty surface painted with 1 coat of exterior primer and 2 coats of weather coat paint of reputed brand like Nerolac excel total/Dulux/Asian paint or equivalent.

ELEVATION

The external elevation comprises of structural glazing with self- bearing modular elements supported between floors. Toughned Single Unit Glass(SGU) for both vision and spandrel panel conforming to the minimum spectral parameters as specified with smoke seal between floors.

FLOORING

Living Room and Dining Room will have Double Charged Premium 1800mm X 600mm (6’ x 4’ ft) premium quality Glazed Vitrified tiles.

ELECTRICAL

Adequate power shall be provided till the distribution box per necessary cost.

GENERATOR

Space to install adequate power D G set shall be provided Power back up by silent generator upto 1000W per office. All common area services, common area lights and other common area general services will be 100% generator back up.
